It also comes with two reusable muslin tea bags. To use with the peri bottle, simply fill a bag with the tea medley, steep in hot water for 20 minutes. When tea is warm to luke warm, transfer to the peri bottle and use during and after urination for added perineum relief post childbirth. Use within 24 hours.
The peri bottle may also be used with warm water once your tea runs out. Or use the tea in a sitz bath or in the preparation of padsicles!
